Customer Setup
Fill Out and Sign our Customer Set up Packet, which we will provide as part of the consultation step in the vacuum truck rental process.

Insurance Confirmation
Send us your company’s certificate of insurance to ensure it meets Vac2Gos Insurance Requirements.

Payment Options
We accept several different payment methods, and we’ll leave it up to you decide which is most convenient for you. We accept Automated Clearing House (ACH) bank-to-banks payments, Credit Cards and Checks.

Pickup/Delivery
Once you reach the fifth step, the vacuum truck rental process is complete and you’re ready to roll. Simply set up a time and place to pick up the vacuum truck unit or let us know where we can deliver it. Vac2Go’s vacuum truck delivery cost is per mile as stated in the rental agreement.
